Inclusion and diversity: Women’s Anthology
The TL;DR Press Women’s Anthology is committed to inclusive and anti-discrimination practices in relation to all writers who submit work to the anthology, including transgender women, intersex women, non-binary persons, two-spirit persons, and cisgender women. The curators of the anthology encourage any women marginalized based on their ethnicity, heritage, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental health, physical or cognitive capabilities, or socio-economic status to consider contributing to the anthology.
We aim to ensure that all writers’ rights are respected and protected throughout the anthology process. The anthology curators will ensure that self-identifying as any identity above will not negatively affect any writer’s eligibility for inclusion in the anthology.
The Women’s Anthology is meant to highlight the voices of emerging writers who have been historically left to the margins. The anthology curators will promote a climate that is welcoming and inclusive. The gender identity of any and all writers who submit to the anthology is considered confidential and private unless the individual requests otherwise.
