TL;DR Press SFF collection to benefit the Association for Science Education
We are delighted to finally share the charity we have chosen to benefit from Beneath Strange Stars, our upcoming science fiction, fantasy, and speculative fiction collection!
We are partnering with the Association for Science Education (ASE), and we could not be more pleased to work with a charity that is dedicated to helping all those involved in science education, from pre-school to higher education.
This is incredibly exciting for us because ASE is an incredibly well-established charity, having been in operation for over a century, and is the largest subject association in the UK. They are responsible for teaching and inspiring so many in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
ASE is creating a brighter future with education as the building blocks. Holding events and releasing resources to help increase science literacy, ASE has volunteers who teach a range of topics, from chemistry to biology.
Science fiction, fantasy, and speculative fiction all have a common thread: embracing human curiosity. We ask questions to understand the mystical world around us, and to connect to each other. So when we decided to curate an SFF anthology, our minds naturally went to science and educating the younger generation so they can improve the world of tomorrow. It is our hope that this anthology will celebrate all the what-ifs, hows, and whys, and help build a better future, and world, for us to live in.
ASE does exactly that, educating the younger generation, so they may be equipped with the knowledge and tools required to help shape the world around us and make tomorrow a brighter future for all.

We could not be more proud of how this anthology is developing. We have already cleared well over 60 submissions, setting this up to be one of the largest releases our press has ever had the pleasure of creating. Thank you to our team of volunteer editors, who make this dream a reality with each and every consideration. We are always hungry for more, so keep those amazing stories coming!
